Senior Consultant or Manager

Our client is one of the fastest growing consulting companies in the world. This is a unique opportunity to join a startup business unit within a 20-year old firm with 2,400 global employees and $1B in annual revenue.
Their new digital strategy & consulting business unit is looking for candidates who want to be part of building the business. They are looking for someone who has elite interpersonal and communication skills who can take the lead on engagements that span across cutting edge automation, analytics and generative AI solutions.
The focus and goal of the digital practice is to enable middle market clients to navigate and leverage these new technologies to transform and solve their most difficult challenges.

You will use emerging technology and AI to assist our clients across different industries to solve complex challenges and help them modernize and transform the digital capabilities within their organization.
Responsibilities
• Support client engagement teams and other stakeholders in the project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of complex projects
• Partner with clients to develop transformation roadmaps and goals through workshops and design sessions
• Document requirements and assist with the deployment of digital solutions
• Identify innovation opportunities through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions
• Build and maintaining client relationships, ensuring they receive excellent quality service and deliverables
Requirements
• Top notch communication (verbal / written) and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• A strong interest in technology and its use in business processes
• 3+ years of related work experience in consulting/professional services
• Demonstrated ability to execute and successfully achieve objectives in a dynamic, fastpaced environment with aggressive timelines
• Experience developing executive level presentations, roadmaps, and strategies
• Demonstrated ability to capture and synthesize business requirements
• Ability to problem solve and an entrepreneurial approach to work
